Anglesea is an increasingly popular holiday resort and at the peak of
the summer season the population grows from 2,000 to over 15,000. Many
are drawn by the annual New Year's Day regatta which is distinguished
by the Anglesea River sailpast of 100-year-old craft.
Also on offer is sailing at Point Roadknight, Mountain biking, surfing
and fishing of course, 4x4 driving out the back, or just relaxing.
