All prices quoted are based on two people, (twin-share).
*Add $35 per extra person per night

The $35 extra charge covers use of Porta-cot,
high chair and stair gate if necessary.

Minimum booking is for two nights, unless a single night is available between existing bookings, and then a surcharge of $40 applies.

Minimum three-four nights over long weekends and a one-week minimum during Christmas school holidays.

As there are just two exclusive cottages,
they are often booked out in advance.

Avoid disappointment and secure any preferred dates at your earliest convenience.

To secure and ensure your booking, protecting both parties, a deposit of 50% of the total tariff applies at the time of booking, or as close as possible, with the balance normally paid on arrival or as arranged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should unforseen circumstances necessitate cancellation, all efforts will be made to fill the vacancy so no losses are incurred.  Then more notice given, the greater the chance of filling the vacancy. Once the vacancy is filled, a full refund will be paid, less $50 admin. fee.

For longer stays especially during the fire danger period of Summer,
we suggest 'COVERMORE' Insurance.
